What will shipping cost me?
How does local pick-up work?
You can pick up your order in my home in Bruges, Belgium. To do so, please select “Local Pick-Up” as method of shipping. After completing your order you can generally pick up the items on the same or next business day (pay cash or Payconiq). We will agree upon the exact time and date via e-mail or phone.
Note: this option will only be visible for Belgian clients, if you’re in the vicinity and want to pick up your order, just Contact Me.
So where do you live?
How will my precious records be shipped?
In strong recycled cardboard boxes and wrapped in tape. I use filler cardboard to make sure the records don’t move around during transport.
To preserve the tiny bit of green still remaining in Belgium, I strive to deliver all your packages by bike or on foot to my local post office.
I do not impose additional charges for the packaging of the order.

There is no minimum order value at Vinylinabox.com. All prices are specified in Euro and are tax inclusive.
There are no hidden transaction fees.
All payments are processed with online payment provider Mollie.
I accept all major payment methods: SEPA Bank Transfer, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, iDEAL, SOFORT, KBC/CBC Payment Button & Belfius Pay Button.
Please Contact Me if your preferred method of payment is still missing.
You will receive a confirmation email from me as soon as I have received your payment.
Please note that the payment confirmation you receive from Paypal or from your credit card institute does not automatically imply that I have already received your payment.
There is no cash on delivery payment option, the only cash option is local pick-up (see Shipping FAQ)
The credit card does not “work” …
In most cases I will not be able to determine the cause of the error. However, from my experience I know that these types of problems are often caused by incorrectly entered security information or expired cards. The payment will also be denied, if the country of the shipping address does not match the country in which the credit card is registered.
Normally if the payment with the credit card failed, you will get the possibility to chose another payment method in the check out area.

Why do I have to pay 'Mollie' and not 'Vinyl in a Box'?
Mollie provides me all the different payment methods.
They make sure everything runs very secure.

After I have received and checked your return shipment, I will send you an email confirming the receipt and informing you of further procedures. Please note that, depending on the carrier company, return shipments may take two to ten days. If you have not heard from me after ten days, please Contact Me.
The refund will be issued by the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction unless we agree with you otherwise. If you paid via bank transfer, we will need your banking information to refund the money to you. You may provide that information to us, for example, using the return receipt.

Is the transfer of my data secure?
The checkmark behind the SSL-lock in the left menu item shows, whether you access a SSL-secure page when you feed passwords or ordering data into the computer.
This is activated automatically. It can be deactivated by the customers through clicking the lock.
